More than meets the eye

A pipeline based data transformer.

This has been bootstrapped on repl.it and is not a complete package just a lot of spikey stuff.

Ideas for pipes

• rename round to be format and give more options
• rename ignore to be deselect (and reinstate select)
• add a pivot_longer (like tidyr)
