To help with testing of the gz collections, this PR implements per-gz-collection job that will try to install the package
gz-$collectionthat should pull most of the dependency chain to check that there are no big problems and act as smoke testing.The jobs are designed to be manually triggered and parametrized with LINUX_DISTRO, DISTRO and ARCH.
