Use available format as template for new formats

It would be useful, if one could use an existing format as a template when creating a new one.

Suggestion:
When creating a new format (i.e. after creating a new submode and klicking "Weiter") , clearly indicate on the format edit screen that a new format is being created. Allow users to select an existing format. This would update all the fields except the format name. Klicking "Save" would create the new format.

If the format editor is started directly (via Strg Alt e) the current behaviour would apply - i.e. selecting an existing format from the dropdown changes all fields including the name and lets me edit an existing format.
