Use mbget to download packages from github, update travis configuration to download mbget from pip and use it before building
mbpkg is not compatible with python 2.7, use pip3 to force a version 3 download
Travis has multiple python versions installed be more verbose on the pip version to use
Run setup commands to install python3 on travis
pip cant install without it
Travis gets rate limited, so add a Github token to the call to mbget
Pull in v0.0.2 with a fix for excluding the Tests annotation
