update teams branch from upstream
This eliminates the downloading of the two gfortran prerequisites:
1. MPICH
2. OpenCoarrays
Merge upstream gcc-mirror/gcc into sourceryinstitute/gcc
Merge sourceryinstitute/master into sourceryinstitute/teams
Merge master into download-opencoarrays-mpich
'sourceryinstitute/master' into download-opencoarrays-mpich
'upstream/master' into download-opencoarrays-mpich
This reverts commit 71c41bf, reversing
changes made to 7204ca4.
Revert "Merge pull request #8 from sourceryinstitute/teams"

This reverts commit 71c41bf, reversing
changes made to 7204ca4.
Revert "Merge pull request #9 from sourceryinstitute/download-opencoarrays-mpich"

This reverts commit 458897c, reversing
changes made to 71c41bf.

This is an unofficial mirror that nobody from the GCC project is involved with. Sending pull requests here is a waste of time.

Please see https://gcc.gnu.org/contribute.html for how to contribute to GCC, thanks.

…eline

More work is required but it takes advantage of the vistior pattern
from the AST so we can do this without RTTI and dynamic_casts.

More passes on the AST AKA our HIR should follow this pattern.
