Significant overhaul to the design

  1. Uses a TI switcher which should be more robust
  2. Increased input protection
  3. Change to physical size of the PCB
  4. Backup programming header is now simply SMD pads instead of holes, as USB-C programming has been bulletproof so far
  5. Removal of the LED header
  6. Reduction in the # of broken out GPIO pads
  7. Improve RF
  8. Increase annular rings
  9. Optimize Nets
  10. A few test points
