Domino Simulator 2020

Basic engine/editing setup for Linux/Windows desktop. Wasm support missing/broken atm.

Gameplay allows setup of a few primitives, mainly rows of dominos along mouse-drawn paths. A few props to play with (steps, platforms).

Levels can be saved, do so before triggering domino runs/etc.
