Mit dem Änderungseintrag C_11574 für "Zeitnahe Abgabe" wurde eine Referenz zur MedicationDispense im Task angelegt. Diese war bisher auf 0..1 beschränkt.
Da aber auch mehrere MedicationDispeses abgegeben werden können, muss auch die Möglichkeit bestehen, diese abzurufen.
