Indeed we use the term. What is the suggested action - is there a proposed replacement? (Sorry - i think I missed an earlier step in the discussion that covered this.) If there is none, we could simply remove the annotation without any real loss of information. Please advise. |
Hi @deustp01 In the spreadsheet I suggest replacement by cellular detoxification of nitrogen compound but looking more closely, you probably want 'symbiont-mediated detoxification of host-generated reactive oxygen species'? |
Reactome fixed - change will become visible with December 2023 release |
