Add do-not-annotate to generic groupings like "cell projection" and defined terms like "cell projection morphogenesis" #23013

Do you ever have a cell projection without being able to distinguish between more specific classes - e.g. neuron projections vs cilia?

I think these should be in do-not-annotate

We do have annotations direct to cell projection morphogenesis e.g. http://amigo.geneontology.org/amigo/reference/PMID:23022657 and these are propagated by IBA but surely we know something about the cell projection

@pgaudet does it make sense to fold this into the BP refactor project? It seems we will be making decisions about what are useful and not useful groupings there.

in fact the grouping itself is a bit confusing - morphogenesis is in the development branch

there is no cilium morphogenesis - we have cilium organization etc

for neuron projections, we have morphogenesis as well as organization etc

Related to #24299

These terms should move under cellular component assembly

@pgaudet pgaudet moved this to To do in BP refactoring Aug 26, 2024
