Can you squash the first two "zfs-kmod fix" commits into one (keeping the commit message)? Perhaps more detail in the commit messages where appropriate too. |

This fixes the issue reported with zfs in live media but also changes how we manage this in releng to only rebuild binkgs when needed to save on build time.
