Changes
IAnsiConsoleWriterto beIDisplayProviderand rename a bunch of methods. Not entirely happy with the naming, the intent is to move towards being able to display status in vscode extension and nicer messages when long running things are finished. A better name might be something more to do with notifications or interactions but this will do for now.
