Meteo identification
rinex-cli accepts Meteo RINEX files.
Loading such file will unlock data plots for every single observation.
When wind direction is present, a compass is also unlocked.
Loading Meteo RINEX will unlock the possibility to improve the internal modeling of the troposphere bias, during PPP navigation process.
