[GEOS-11134] Confirm community assemble downloads have geoserver-*.zip finalName

The build server is having failures that do not show up in GitHub workflows, this pull-request is troubleshooting the problem.

• identified problem, community modules were community-*.zip (rather than geoserver-*.zip due to [Backport 2.24.x] [GEOS-11134] Review assembly html files #7182 change)
