As a user of the terraform provider instana
I want that severity for rule bindings (and with #7 also for events) is configurable in a user friendly way
So that I do not have to know the internals of the instana API
Technical Background
In the Instana API the severity of a issue created through a rule binding or an event is reflected by the values:
5 = Warning
10 = Critical
Basically the provider should use meaningful names instead of the integer representations to simplify the configuration
