After the installing the Gauge plugin

Expected behavior.

  • Display a get started page as a tab in the editor area.
  • The "Get started" section documents
    • Running Specification/Scenarios
    • Viewing reports.
    • Creating projects from a template.
    • Syntax
    • Link to main documentation
  • Give an option "Don't show this page again" to hide the page on subsequent project creation or launch of the IDE.

add support to launch a command from welcome page, #118

transpile test modules so that tests can read it

add command links on welcome page

root webpack only builds the extension

include fontawesome, prettier welcome page

prettify welcome page, links added on sidebar, #118

add buton to run all gauge specs, fix anchor active style

welcome page: ux feedback, sidebar to left, headers have normal font-weight

add support to not show welcome page in future

Creating project from templates is not yet available in nightly gauge-0.0.4.nightly-2018-03-22.vsix
