Page removal dialog does not mention the page title or URL #511

That's a common usability best practice: remind the user what object they are going to delete.

Are you sure you want to remove this page and all its child pages?

My Cool page title
/info/cool-page

This helps avoid problems where a user clicked the wrong line in a list, and deletes the wrong page as a result.
