[Feature Request] Make Info Widgets, or at least the logo one, more like bookmarks

Requests of the same nature have been submiteed before: #1750 #2148 #2467

Currently there is no way to add actionable links to the header section controlled by widgets.yaml.

Adding href and target would allow some additional versatility, linking to a URL and streamlining the awesomeness that is homepage.

The way I plan on using this feature:

Add logo to the homepage, where clicking on it would take me to a code-server editor of the homepage environment.

Like so:

- logo:
    icon: homepage
    href: https://edit.homepage.example.com/?folder=/app/config

This feature, if not constrained to logo ( FRs #2148 #2467 ), but would support all Info Widgets, would allow to configure what a click on the weather widget would do ( Resolving FR #1750 ) , or on the kubernates widget, etc...

I want to throw a +1 at adding link capability for the weather widget.

It would be a nice feature to be able to add something like a GMAIL logo that is clickable, among other links.

I wonder what could get more attention on this one.
Anyway, I've noticed all open issues are closed at this point (seems there is a bot closing them) - and commits are recent.
I wish I had the ability to submit a PR on this, but alas, I'm an layman when it comes to javascript/node

I'm back to using homepage, now that I've migrated my setup from the defunct TrueCharts to runtipi. Still wishing this would be a thing
