Current ODK skunkworks projects

• skunkworks-crow - Device to Device transfer of ODK Collect forms and data
• skunkworks-parrot - ODK2 Desktop app for supervisors to create and send notifications to field workers
• skunkworks-bat - ODK2 Android app for field workers that receives notifications sent by their supervisors

Adding new skunkworks projects

Anyone in the ODK community is welcome to propose a skunkworks project! Once developers for the project have been identified, the project can be brought up for discussion at the regular Technical Steering Committee meeting. If the project fits into ODK's mission, the new skunkworks project will get a GitHub repository in the opendatakit organization and will be listed in this file.
