Fixes Sentry errors caused by manually-entered URL query params. The frontend now coerces single status values to arrays and accepts any strings, letting the API handle validation. Also disables DRF's browsable API which was causing issues with required query params. Someone in Vie seemed to do a little bug finding for us LOL
