a new higher level stacktrace API, which prevents users from sending malformed exceptions and threads. sentry_value_set_stacktrace() was released with version 0.4.18 of sentry-native.

sentry_value_set_stacktrace()(getsentry/sentry-native#723) was released with version 0.4.18 of sentry-native, we now can also update the docs accordingly.@Swatinem can you please give this a quick check. Thx!
