Multiple days long transactions that do not have any child spans

Steps to Reproduce

Not too sure, just reporting this as this is the data that is being reported by the SDK

Expected Result

Transactions shouldn't be multiple days long in most cases and should contain some child spans for additional info.

Actual Result

SDK is reporting transactions that are multiple days long and without any child spans.
