vercel-edge using node.js api

The vercel-edge SDK is currently failing on CI with

A Node.js API is used (process.argv0 at line: 19) which is not supported in the Edge Runtime.

This likely comes from open-telemetry/opentelemetry-js#6208 which was released with @opentelemetry/resources@2.3.0
