fix(node): Fix type definitions

Temporarily hot-fixes the type definitions in the node package by re-exporting all of the types that typescript reaches into the package. We should sustainably fix this by not packing in the build folder.

Also introduces a gh check that checks for these faulty files. While we have this issue.
