fix(nextjs): Fix navigation tracing on app router

Fixes a bug where we incorrectly continue traces for server components. Reason being that we only put the propagation-context on the isolation scope, which is later being stomped by the values of the current scope, disconnecting the trace.

Fixes CI on the main branch.
