with the many features and evolutions (span only, vitals, etc) do we need to be more granular? they key performance could be misleading?
how about tracing, transactions?

when we add continuous profiling, we add a new keys peofiling_continuous? same problem as performance with key being very generic

oh profiling isn't GA. even though we messed up the package version and removed the -beta

should work on mobile too I believe but this is an integration not a framework. do we also add that info to it?
