In the server example, transcription output to stdout that was multiple rows would only erase the last row for updating. This commit gets the current terminal width* and length of transcription output to scroll back and erase all previous lines of the current output.
*(only tested under MacOS, should work cleanly on any linux, and StackOverflow says will also work on Windows with the IFDEFs)
