i want get the system slab memory cache info .how to do it with psutil

This is currently not exposed. There is a PR for it: #1239. Still have to decide whether it's worth having it.

There are 1970 results on stackoverflow for "slab". Also it is being requested by another user #1202. As such I'm going to accept this PR.
