I wouldn't bother signaling this in the doc. AIX is already rarely used. An EOS release is even more rare.

Same here. I would always provide this method and just have _psaix.py return an empty list.

Actually forget about it. It is more correct to not provide the method. Let's just avoid mentioning this in the doc. The rest is fine and is good to go.

I'm not sure which version of AIX added this API. I had to just write "older" in the doc.
