Wrong patched GRPC version, should be 1.75.0 not 1.175.0

Hi everyone, the problem is in the title, and there are some open PRs about it, from the same improve link at the advisory I believe. Which also caused the same issue for the PRs, the unwanted removal of a small section of

So whenever you can, please fix this so that we can fix this vulnerability in our repos applying the patched version.
