This fixes up what is intended to be a link to a relevant commit hash. This rendered and linkified automatically in the repo-local advisory but not here, possibly due to this not being associated with the repository in the same way.

This change makes it so that the changed part of the advisory renders the same in the local and global advisories.

As noted in Byron/gitoxide#1582 (comment), numerous errors have been introduced in the published advisory as a result of this PR, even though this PR does not contain those errors.

Edit: I've opened #4777 for this.
