What article on docs.github.com is affected?

https://docs.github.com/en/pages/setting-up-a-github-pages-site-with-jekyll/creating-a-github-pages-site-with-jekyll

What part(s) of the article would you like to see updated?

The code blocks within the article have inconsistent presentation of the command line commands. Most have a '$' at the beginning of them, but four do not. The presentation should be consistent.

Additionally, a technically inexperienced user could be confused by the presence / lack of '$' and think that they need to actually type '$' in the command line.
