[copilot] add `--engine <engine-id>` filter to the `gh aw logs` command

The user should be able to specify an agentic engine type (claude, codex) and the logs will be filtered accordingly.

• add flag to command to specify agentic engine (--engine )

Extra points:

• display workflow id (filename without .md) in table result rather than workflow name
