Campaign documentation had significant bloat and structural issues. Applied principles from 6 documentation workflows (unbloat-docs, technical-doc-writer, docs-noob-tester, claude-code-user-docs-review, developer-docs-consolidator, daily-doc-updater) to improve clarity and usability.

Changes

lifecycle.md - 65% reduction (520→183 lines)

• Consolidated 5 redundant trigger management sections into one
• Removed 300+ lines of repetitive campaign ending documentation
• Added Mermaid execution flow diagram

specs.md - Restructured as reference documentation

• Organized fields by category (required, optional, governance)
• Added complete field catalog with descriptions
• Removed verbose explanations of obvious fields

cli-commands.md - Enhanced with practical content

• Added common workflows section
• Included exit codes reference table
• Expanded command examples

getting-started.md - Improved flow

• Added prerequisites section
• Consolidated redundant callouts
• Clarified creation workflow

campaigns.md - Better organization

• Restructured worker patterns
• Enhanced idempotency examples
• Improved scanability

index.mdx (About page) - Improved technical tone

• Removed marketing language
• Improved sentence structure and clarity
• Made explanations more concise and direct

Metrics

• 712 lines removed (bloat)
• 624 lines added (structure, diagrams, tables)
• Net: -88 lines while improving comprehensiveness
• Added 1 Mermaid diagram, 7 reference tables
