[WIP] Recompile code to reflect recent changes

Workflow Recompilation Plan

This PR addresses the CI failure caused by outdated workflow lock files that need to be recompiled after code changes.

Context:

• The workflow run (https://github.com/githubnext/gh-aw/actions/runs/21314866983/job/61356183686) failed due to MCP server configuration validation errors
• The workdir field was removed from MCP server configuration generation
• Lock files (*.lock.yml) need to be regenerated to reflect the code changes

Tasks:

• Understand the issue - workflow lock files are out of sync with source markdown files
• Build the gh-aw binary
• Recompile all workflow files using make recompile
• Verify the changes are correct
• Commit the recompiled lock files
