The default GitHub MCP server version was bumped here, but multiple Go tests and lock-file fixtures in the repo still hardcode ghcr.io/github/github-mcp-server:v0.30.3 (e.g., pkg/workflow/mcp_config_test.go, pkg/workflow/docker_predownload_test.go, pkg/cli/workflows/example-blocked-domains.lock.yml, pkg/workflow/test-yaml-import.lock.yml). This will cause unit/integration tests to fail and/or leave fixtures inconsistent with the new default. Update those expected strings/fixtures to v0.31.0 (or, preferably, reference constants.DefaultGitHubMCPServerVersion in tests to avoid future churn) and re-run the lock compilation step for any generated fixtures.

This looks like a CI artifact (run-specific smoke test output) being committed to the repo. Since it’s run-number specific and the repo’s .gitignore broadly ignores *.txt, it likely shouldn’t be tracked. Please remove this file from the PR (or add a targeted ignore rule for .smoke-tests/ if these artifacts are intended to be generated locally/CI).
Three CLI tool versions lagged behind latest releases. Lock files were not regenerated in the previous automated run due to Go 1.25.0 toolchain unavailability in the sandboxed CI environment.
