Add support for Block's Goose AI Agent

Block's open source AI Agent Goose is becoming very popular (20.5k starts currently), making it as popular or more popular that many of the current supported agents. It would be great to see it included as supported AI Agents.

I actually had this converastion with @alexhancock. Does Goose support custom slash commands nowadays? I am happy to add it, but it would need to have this capability for things to work properly.

Goose has support for a feature called recipes which are sort of a superset of what slash commands commonly do. They can be as simple as a name and a prompt though which is basically a slash command from other agents.

@localden What is the specific integration point where slash commands are used for the other agents? Could see if any of the commands we have for running recipes would just work.

@alexhancock we'd effectively need to bundle a set of prompts that can be used for Goose. Is there an expected structure for a customer to be able to quickly invoke it?

@localden is this when you're already in an interactive session with goose? like you'll run goose, and then expect to be able to send shorthand things to send a more detailed prompt?

or would goose run -t "whatever" work?

we have --text || -t (pass text directly in) and --instructions || -i (pass a file path in)
