Add OCI labels to serena-mcp-server for correct GHCR documentation

The GHCR package page for serena-mcp-server displays the root MCP Gateway README instead of the container-specific documentation at containers/serena-mcp-server/README.md.

The existing workflow's docker/metadata-action@v5 automatically propagates these labels to the published image, which GHCR uses to populate package metadata.
