PR linked issues are easy to confuse with PR approvals

I believe we should use the LinkIcon for linked issues in a given PR instead of the IssueClosedIcon, as it's easy to confuse for the PR approval icon.

I can absolutely see how this would be confusing.

To keep it consistent with the web view - https://github.com/gitify-app/gitify/pulls, what if we instead changed the icon to IssueOpenedIcon and IconColor.GRAY ?
