We offer one version to be installed that includes all the code (open-source & ee-licensed).
Without a professional self-hosted license, this should be limited to 10 registered users but include all features.

Professional self-hosted license starts with the 11th member and shall be 35 USD per month.

We need to update the code accordingly as well as the website.

@svenefftinge I looked at the code and I see that there are only two levels: Team and Enterprise. I'm not sure where the changes would be applied and how each subscription correspond?

Yes sorry, the terminology is very inconsistent. "Team" is the free tier, and enterprise is what you get when you have bought a license. So essentially, allow all features in any case but limit the number of users to 10 for "Team" and whatever is encoded in the "Enterprise" license otherwise.
