Shorten latest prebuild timestamp on projects cards for better space usage

Problem to solve

Project cards currently link to the latest prebuild but using a verbose mode for surfacing the timestamp like 23 minutes ago. This can cause elements to overflow when branch name is long or viewing on a smaller viewport.

Cc @laushinka @jankeromnes because of the relevant discussion (internal) from yesterday's livestream.

Proposal

For better space usage we could shorten the timestamp information like the following. See relevant comment from #5098.
