Bug description

If a workspace URL contains not_found=true, and you start this workspace in another place, the prev tab workspace will never work until I click Open Workspace (refresh not works)
iShot2022-03-29 14 06 54

Steps to reproduce

  1. Start a workspace A, in tab1
  2. Go to dashboard, stop workspace A (timed out can repro too)
  3. Go to tab1 wait for workspace stopped, and refresh web page
  4. Go to dashboard, restart workspace A, in tab2
  5. Workspace A with tab1, will stuck in

Anything else?

This is not a bug, it's a feature - literally. Maybe we should sync somehow before we create more PRs/Issues? 🤔

But it's weird. Running but users cannot access to workspace, and refresh does not work. How do users know they should click Open Workpsace ? Green button is not that attractive (for me)

Should we improve this page's UX?
