The container that we're preparing to run skopeo in needs to also include a copy of the promote-images.yml file for `skopeo sync`.

act was a life saver when I was doing work on https://github.com/gitpod-io/openvscode-releases, it's alright but missing some bits. Wish GitHub supported / co-owned the project |
