由于微信公众号文章存在诸多限制，比如无法应用外部 CSS 等，原先的
-t svg模板并不能应用于微信公众号图文。因而新增-t wechat-svg模板。除此之外，升级
js-beautify依赖至1.14.11版本，对比此前的1.7.5版本在 CSS 格式化上会稍有不同，因而对应更新了test/expected里的 CSS 文件以通过单元测试。最后，
-t canvas相关的几个单元测试似乎跑不通？
