Significant simplification of M5ez, removing all unused code. Major migration towards bare C++. Compiled and tested on M5StickC Plus.
Also fix crash on intervalometer exit.

Remove all String use in M5ez. Whilst here, remove all unused/uncompiled code and try to further reduce code size.
The primary aim is to reduce reliance on the Arduino framework as a change to bare esp-idf and FreeRTOS may be desired/required in the future.
