Some of us like an "angry fruit salad" aesthetic when we're coding, so I've added level 4 of syntax highlighting. The most significant change for me is highlighting function calls properly, which I do find useful and visually appealing.
This probably supercedes #33.

modus-vivenditheme looks like after these changes were applied.
