What could have been better

• More variety in tasks (limits), have a mix
• Short sprint? Getting into groove
• Website/subscription tasks could have been broken down better
• Tasks were not as collaborative
• Recorded start and end date

• Use milestones for sprints
• Done means PR merged
• Do sprint formalities on last day of sprint
