Update agreements vignette

Since more data and a lot of improvements were made to ID generation, we should update the agreements vignette to show the accuracy/efficacy of using our ID formats. Specifically, we should re-update the “hand-coded” manynenviron data that we use to calculate accuracy of treatyIDs/manyIDs (we should use the titles in the original datasets to also show that standardising titles works as well).
