Allows to use Sense- (not Synset-) annotated corpora to be used with the ILI. Currently Princeton WordNets, only. Close #14

This PR seems to be useful. Do we want a unified way to map all Princeton WN versions here? How that maps can be compared to https://www.talp.upc.edu/content/wordnet-mappings-automatically-generated-mappings-among-wordnet-versions?

How the mappings from 3.0 to 3.1 were produced, by the way?

The older mappings are the UPC/TALP mappings as described here: https://github.com/globalwordnet/cili/tree/master/older-wn-mappings

I think the 3.0 to 3.1 is based on the sense identifiers with a small amount of manual work for a handful of cases
