Hi, I have created entries for some of these (where, why, whenever) as part of an effort to put pronouns in more generally. If we are ready, then I can try to add them all. I think in this case it would be good to have a new lexicographer file/supersense called pronoun.

@fcbond, that would be great if you could contribute it. I think it relates to #818

Note the "where", "why" and "whenever" are interrogative adverbs as well as being interrogative pronouns, so should have an adverbial synset as well as a pronomial synset.
